Iron Man 2 is an upcoming 2010 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name from Marvel Studios and Paramount Pictures. It is the sequel to 2008's Iron Man, and the second film in a planned trilogy. Directed by Jon Favreau, the film stars Robert Downey Jr. reprising his role as Tony Stark, an industrialist and master engineer, also known as the superhero Iron Man. The film is scheduled to be released in the UK on April 30 and in North America on May 7, 2010.

Plot
The world is aware that billionaire inventor Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) is the armored superhero Iron Man. Under pressure from the government, the press, and the public to share his technology with the military, Tony is unwilling to divulge the secrets behind the Iron Man armor because he fears the information will slip into the wrong hands. With Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow), and James "Rhodey” Rhodes (Don Cheadle) at his side, Tony forges new alliances and confronts powerful new forces.

Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark / Iron Man: The head of Stark Industries, inventor and the film's eponymous superhero and protagonist.

Don Cheadle as Lt. Colonel James "Rhodey" Rhodes / War Machine: Cheadle replaces Terrence Howard from the first film. Howard said, "There was no explanation, apparently the contracts that we write and sign aren't worth the paper that they're printed on sometimes. Promises aren't kept, and good faith negotiations aren't always held up." Entertainment Weekly stated Favreau did not enjoy working with Howard, often reshooting and cutting his scenes; Howard's publicist said he had a good experience playing the part, while Marvel chose not to comment. As Favreau and Theroux chose to minimize the role, Marvel came to Howard to discuss lowering his salary – Howard was the first actor hired in Iron Man and earned the largest salary of the cast. The publication stated they were unsure whether Howard's representatives left the project first or if Marvel chose to stop negotiating.Theroux denied the part of the report stating "the role of War Machine was scaled back and then beefed up". Cheadle only had a few hours to accept the role and did not even know what storyline Rhodes would undergo. He commented he is a comic book fan, but had not previously participated in comics-themed films due to the lack of black superheroes.

Mickey Rourke as Ivan Vanko / Whiplash: This version of the character includes elements of both Blacklash and Crimson Dynamo from the comics. In the film, he will be the son of Russian scientist Anton Vanko, who, in the comics, is the original Crimson Dynamo and creator of said armor.Downey offered Rourke the part during a roundtable discussion with David Ansen at the 2009 Golden Globes, and Rourke met with Favreau and Theroux to discuss his character's role. Rourke almost dropped out of the role due to Marvel's initial salary offer of $250,000, so the studio chose to increase the deal. Rourke researched for the part by visiting Butyrka prison. He suggested half of the character's dialogue be in Russian.

Gwyneth Paltrow as Virginia "Pepper" Potts: Stark's closest friend, budding love interest, and business partner after Pepper replaced Obadiah Stane as CEO of Stark Industries.

Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow: An undercover spy for S.H.I.E.L.D. posing as Stark's assistant. Johansson was cast after a scheduling conflict forced Emily Blunt to drop out of the part.

Sam Rockwell as Justin Hammer: Rockwell was considered for the role of Tony Stark in the first film, and he accepted the role of Hammer without reading the script. He had never heard of the character before he was contacted about the part, and was unaware Hammer is an old man in the comics, whereas in the film he will be significantly closer to Stark's age. Originally thought to be a major antagonist, Rockwell says his character is "plucky comic relief, but he’s got a little bit of an edge".

Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury: Jackson initially had financial problems with Marvel and was unsure about reprising the part of Fury, until they reached a deal that would entail his appearance in up to nine films as the character.

The Last Airbender

The Last Airbender is an upcoming Action-adventure fantasy film scheduled to be released on July 2, 2010. It is a live-action film adaptation based on the first season of the highly successful, Emmy-winning animated television series, Avatar: The Last Airbender. The first of a planned trilogy, it will be produced by Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies. The series, influenced by Asian art, mythology and various martial arts fighting styles, was created by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, and was adapted by M. Night Shyamalan, who will also direct and produce the film along with Frank Marshall, Kathleen Kennedy, Sam Mercer and Scott Aversano. Filming began in mid-March 2009; the movie is scheduled to be released on July 2, 2010.

The film stars Noah Ringer as Aang, a reluctant hero who prefers adventure over his job as the Avatar. Aang and his friends, Katara and Sokka, journey to the North Pole to find a Waterbending master to teach Aang and Katara the secrets of the craft. At the same time, Fire Lord Ozai, the current Fire Lord of the Fire Nation, is waging a seemingly endless war against the Earth Kingdom, the Water Tribes, and the already vanquished Air Nomads. The film also stars Nicola Peltz, Jackson Rathbone, and Dev Patel.

Premise

In a world where the elements, Water, Earth, Fire, and Air can be controlled by people known as "benders", the Fire Nation is waging a ruthless war to control the other great nations. The only hope for stopping the war rests on the shoulders of a young boy named Aang (Noah Ringer). The last known Airbender and survivor of the peaceful Air Nomads, Aang is the Avatar. The Avatar is the physical embodiment of the world, with the ability to control all four elements and draw upon the combined power, knowledge, and experience of the Avatar's previous incarnations. The Avatar's duty is to maintain peace between the four nations and the spirit realm, ensuring that the world remains in balance, despite the Fire Nation's war. Aided by a protective teenage Waterbender named Katara (Nicola Peltz) and her warrior brother Sokka (Jackson Rathbone), and his forever loyal Sky Bison Appa, Aang begins a perilous journey to restore balance to their war-torn world. Standing in their way is the ambitious Fire Nation Admiral, Zhao (Aasif Mandvi) and Prince Zuko (Dev Patel), the banished prince of the Fire Nation who seeks to capture Aang to regain his honor.

Cast

Noah Ringer as Aang,who disappeared from public sight a hundred years ago. While he appears to be a 12-year-old boy, he is technically 112, and furthermore is the latest reincarnation of the Avatar. Though he is capable of bending all four elements, at the beginning of the film he has only learned to airbend. It is also his duty to maintain balance in the world, which conflicts with his easy-going, fun-loving personality.
Nicola Peltz as Katara, a 14-year-old girl of the Southern Water Tribe and its last remaining waterbender. Since the death of her mother, Kya, she has served as the maternal figure in her family, and is no stranger to responsibility despite her young age. She is Aang's good friend and love interest.
Jackson Rathbone as Sokka a 15-year-old warrior from the Southern Water Tribe and Katara's older brother. He can be condescending, and has no bending powers, but is extremely intelligent and often takes up leadership roles by virtue of coming up with most of the workable plans and tactics. In the animated series, he was also a primary source of comic relief, though this may not be retained in the movie.
Dev Patel as Prince Zuko, a 16-year-old Fire Nation prince who travels with his uncle. The former heir to the throne, he was exiled by his father, Fire Lord Ozai, and ordered to capture the Avatar (who had not been seen in almost a century, making the assignment a wild goose chase) in order to regain his lost honor. He is the primary antagonist of the film.
Shaun Toub as Uncle Iroh, Zuko's uncle. He is extremely easy-going and friendly, and often acts as a surrogate father to Zuko. Formerly a great general of the Fire Nation, personal tragedies led to his retirement, and the role of heir-presumptive passed to his younger brother Ozai.
Aasif Mandvi as Admiral Zhao, a hot-tempered Fire Nation Commander in pursuit of the Avatar. He is Zuko's principal rival.
Seychelle Gabriel as Princess Yue, a princess and the daughter of the Chief of the Northern Water Tribe. She acts as Sokka's love interest.
Jessica Andres as Suki, a leader of the young female warriors of Kyoshi Island, the Kyoshi Warriors.
Cliff Curtis as Fire Lord Ozai, the leader of the Fire Nation. He is the secondary antagonist of the film, and the main antagonist of the series.

Plot

Plot

When Aaron and Ryan's father passes away, their family and friends join them at their father's funeral resulting in a series of comedic and unfortunate events. They soon find out that their father was living a double life as a gay man. The plot thickens when the family shows up at the funeral.

Letters to God is an upcoming Christian film directed by David Nixon and starring Robyn Lively, Jeffrey Johnson, Tanner Maguire, Michael Bolten and Bailee Madison. Filming began in Florida, and is set to be released April 9, 2010. It is based on a true story, and was shot at several Orlando, Florida locations. The official trailer was released Christmas week, but Christianity Today was given early access to it.

Plot

Tyler Doherty (Tanner Maguire) is an extraordinary eight-year-old boy. Surrounded by a loving family and community, and armed with the courage of his faith, he faces his daily battle against cancer with bravery and grace. Tyler’s prayers take the form of letters, which he daily writes and mails. The letters find their way into the hands of postman Brady McDaniels (Jeffrey Johnson), who is at a crossroads in his life. He is suffering from alcohol abuse and dispirited by divorce.

At first, he is confused and conflicted over what to do with the letters. Overtime he begins to form a friendship with the Doherty family – getting to know not just Tyler but his tough, tender yet overwhelmed mom (Robyn Lively), stalwart grandmother (Maree Cheatham) and teen brother Ben (Michael Bolten) – all of whom are trying to stand strong against the doubts that come over Tyler's cancer and its effect on their lives. Moved by Tyler’s courage, Brady realizes what he must do with the letters, a surprise decision that will transform his heart and uplift his newfound friends and community.

Kick-Ass is a 2010 British/American superhero comedy film based on the comic book of the same name by Mark Millar and John Romita, Jr. The film is directed by Matthew Vaughn, produced by Vaughn and actor Brad Pitt, the script written by Vaughn and Jane Goldman. The film premiered March 26, 2010 in the United Kingdom and is due to premiere April 16, 2010 in the United States.

The film tells the story of teenage Dave Lizewski who sets out to become a real life superhero only to get caught up in a bigger fight. He meets Big Daddy, a former cop who, in his quest to bring down an evil drug lord Frank D'Amico (Mark Strong), has trained his eleven-year-old daughter to be the ruthless vigilante Hit-Girl.

Plot

Dave Lizewski (Aaron Johnson), a typical teenage boy, wonders why no one has ever decided to become a real-life superhero like the heroes in the comic books. His friends at a comic book store told him that if anyone did become a superhero, they would get their ass kicked. Dave fails at his first attempt to fight crime, he is beaten, stabbed, and hit by a car. He convinces paramedics to say nothing of his costume and pretends he was brought in naked. In hospital for several weeks he is left with metal holding his bones together which he says makes him look like Wolverine. He has also suffered nerve damage which gives him an above average ability to take a beating. When he returns to school, his longtime crush, Katie Deauxma (Lyndsy Fonseca), seems more interested in him. His friends explain she thinks he is gay and wants to take care of him. Lizewski goes along with this in an effort to spend time with her.

Dave remains undeterred by his earlier setback, and ends up intervening in a gang fight outside a diner. Dressed in costume and using two modified night-sticks, he fights off three men. As the fight ends, a man who has been recording the event on his phone, asks Dave who he is, and he replies: "I'm Kick-Ass". The video is posted on the internet and soon becomes an internet phenomenon, making Kick-Ass an overnight sensation.

As Kick-Ass, Dave sets up a MySpace account, so people can contact him for help and is overwhelmed with responses. While spending time with Katie, she admits she was being harassed by a lowlife drug dealer, and Lizewski convinces her to ask Kick-Ass for help. He investigates and ends up in an apartment full of violent lowlifes who try to kill him. He is rescued by a costumed, sword-wielding young girl named Hit-Girl (Chloë Grace Moretz), who kills all the attackers and then leaves to join her father, Damon Macready (Nicolas Cage), whose alias is Big Daddy. Hit-Girl (Mindy Macready) jumps across the rooftops and tells Kick-Ass to follow her, but he is afraid to jump, so they leave without him. Later Kick-Ass is visited at home by Hit-Girl and Big Daddy who have tracked him from his MySpace account. Hit-Girl and Big Daddy inform Kick-Ass that they can work together, and should he need help then he should set his MySpace status to "on vacation" and they will arrange a visit.

Meanwhile, local crime syndicate leader Frank D'Amico (Mark Strong) hears of the deaths of many of his men, with many people believing that the new star, Kick-Ass, is responsible. In searching for Kick-Ass, D'Amico kills an impersonator who he believes is actually Kick-Ass. Running out of ideas, his son, Chris (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) offers a new idea. Chris' idea involves him becoming the new superhero Red Mist, and enticing Kick-Ass into meeting him. At first, Red Mist attempts to lead Kick-Ass to a warehouse to be killed. They arrive at the warehouse to find it is on fire, and the men are dead. Red Mist retrieves secret surveillance footage and it is clear that Kick-Ass is not responsible for the attacks. Red Mist asks Kick-Ass to call upon the help of Hit-Girl and Big Daddy, and they arrange to meet at a safe house. Red Mist has led his father's gang right to them. As soon as they arrive, Hit-Girl is sitting on a window ledge and Red Mist shoots her, propelling her out of the window and on to the floor below. Kick-Ass and Big Daddy are captured and taken to a warehouse where the gangsters stage an internet broadcast where they intend to unmask and execute the heroes. Severely beaten and about to be set on fire, the lights are shot out and Hit-Girl starts a gun battle, killing off the villains, but a fire starts and Big Daddy is badly burnt. Before the battle concludes, he dies of his injuries. Kick-Ass tries to convince Hit-Girl to quit, but she is determined not to allow the death of her parents to be in vain and makes one last assault on the headquarters of Frank D'Amico.

Hit-Girl enters the building D'Amico is situated in and while posing as a lost schoolgirl, quickly disposes of the guards on the ground floor and moves to the elevator (where she suits up). Upon arrival, she quickly disposes of the majority of the guards, but runs out of ammunition and is forced to take cover in D'Amico's kitchen. Not willing to risk their lives with a direct confrontation with Hit-Girl, one of the henchmen grabs a bazooka stolen from Big Daddy's safe house earlier and prepares to fire, just as Kick-Ass shows up from outside the hotel with a jetpack with two Gatling guns, and opens fire on the henchmen (This is the first time Kick-Ass kills someone). After disposing of them, Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl move into D'Amico's office, and two separate fights ensue between Kick-Ass and Red Mist, and Hit-Girl and Frank D'Amico. While Kick-Ass and Red Mist fight until they knock each other out, Hit-Girl is overwhelmed by the older and stronger D'Amico. As D'Amico is about to shoot Hit-Girl, Kick-Ass appears with the bazooka from earlier and blasts D'Amico out the window, where he explodes in mid-air. Red Mist recovers and grabs his father's sword only to discover that Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl are already leaving. They tell each other their names and say goodbye.

Both Hit-Girl and Kick-Ass retire from crime fighting, with Mindy living a normal life and attending the same school as Dave. Another wave of superheroes have been inspired by his exploits. Red Mist is shown donning a new mask and swearing vengeance, saying "Wait 'til they get a load of me".

The Losers is an upcoming action film, and an adaptation of Vertigo and DC Comics' comic book series of the same name. Directed by Sylvain White, the film features an ensemble cast that includes Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Zoe Saldana and Chris Evans. The Losers is due for release in North America on April 23, 2010.

Plot

Five members of an elite United States Special Forces team are sent into the Bolivian jungle. The team find themselves the target of a betrayal instigated from inside by a powerful enemy known only as Max. Believed to be dead, the group makes plans to even the score when they're joined by the mysterious Aisha, a beautiful operative with her own agenda.

Plot
In ancient Greek times, the ultimate struggle for power pits men against kings and kings against the gods. But the war between the gods themselves could destroy the world. Born of a god but raised as a man, Perseus (Sam Worthington) is helpless to save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes), vengeful god of the underworld. With nothing left to lose, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson) and unleash hell on earth. Leading a daring band of warriors, Perseus sets off on a perilous journey deep into forbidden worlds. The Last Song

The Last Song is an upcoming 2010 American coming-of-age drama film developed alongside the Nicholas Sparks novel by the same name. The film was directed by Julie Anne Robinson in her feature film directorial debut and co-written by Sparks and Jeff Van Wie. The Last Song stars Miley Cyrus, Greg Kinnear, Kelly Preston and Liam Hemsworth and follows a troubled teenager as she reconnects with her estranged father and falls in love during a summer in a quiet Southern beach town. The film will be distributed by Touchstone Pictures, an alternative film label of The Walt Disney Company.

Sparks was approached to write both the film's screenplay and the novel. Sparks completed the screenplay in January 2009, prior to the completion of the novel, making The Last Song his first script to be optioned for film. The setting, originally North Carolina like the novel, changed to Georgia after states campaigned for months to host production. Upon beginning production in Tybee Island, Georgia and nearby Savannah, The Last Song became the first movie to be shot and set in Tybee Island. Filming lasted from June 15 to August 18, 2009 with much of it occurring on the island's beach and pier. The Last Song was originally scheduled for wide release on January 8, 2010, but has since been postponed to March 31, 2010.

PLOT

At seventeen, Veronica "Ronnie" Miller (Miley Cyrus) remains as rebellious and distant as she was the day after her parents' ugly divorce and father's subsequent relocation to Georgia three years ago. Once a classical piano prodigy under the tutelage of her father, Steve Miller (Greg Kinnear), Ronnie now rejects the instrument and has not spoken to her father since he left.While Juilliard School has been interested in her since she was young, Ronnie refuses to attend.

Now, Steve is given the chance to reconnect with his estranged daughter when her mother, Kim (Kelly Preston) sends the rebellious teen and her younger brother, Jonah (Bobby Coleman), to spend the summer with him. Steve, a former Juilliard School professor and concert pianist, now lives a quiet life in Tybee Island, the small Georgia beach town where he grew up, working on a stained glass window for the local church to replace the one the church lost in a fire.

Upon arrival, Ronnie is miserable, hostile and defensive toward all those around her, including handsome, popular Will Blakelee (Liam Hemsworth) - until, after both she and Will become involved in protecting a Loggerhead Sea Turtle nest, she discovers he is deeper than she believed. As Ronnie falls in love with Will, she also manages to bond with her father Steve through the one thing they have in common- music.

Plot

Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, also known as Ice Age 3 , is a 2009 3-D computer animated film. It is the third installment of the Ice Age series.

It was announced and approved by Fox president Hutch Parker on January 30, 2007. It was initially slated for a December 12, 2008 release, but the scheduled release date has since been moved to July 1, 2009, with a sneak preview nationwide at selected theaters on Father's Day in the USA.

Plot
After the events of Ice Age: The Meltdown, life begins to change for Manny (Ray Romano) and his friends: Scrat is still on the hunt to hold onto his beloved acorn, while finding a possible romance in a female sabre-toothed squirrel named Scratte. Manny and his new wife Ellie (Queen Latifah) are expecting a baby, which leaves Manny anxious to ensure that everything is perfect for when his baby arrives. Diego (Denis Leary) is fed up with being treated like a house-cat and ponders the notion that he is becoming too laid-back. Sid (John Leguizamo) begins to wish for a family of his own, and so steals some dinosaur eggs which leads to Sid ending up in an underground world where dinosaurs roam free, and where his herd must rescue him, while dodging dinosaurs and facing danger left and right, and meeting up with a weasel known as Buck (Simon Pegg) who hunts dinosaurs intently.

Plot
Conceived by means of in vitro fertilization, Anna Fitzgerald (Abigail Breslin) was brought into the world to be a genetic match for her older sister, Kate (Sofia Vassilieva), who suffers from acute promyelocytic leukemia. Their lives have been intertwined because of their donor-recipient relationship from the minute Anna was born. Anna suffers, such as losing the chance to become a cheerleader or soccer player in order to be there when her sister needs her, but when she turns 13 and Kate goes into renal failure, needing Anna's kidney, Anna sues her parents for medical emancipation.

Attorney Campbell Alexander (Alec Baldwin), who has a dog named Judge, agrees to work for Anna pro bono. Later in the movie it is revealed that Judge is Campbell's service dog and he agreed to work for Anna because he is a epileptic and understands what it feels like not being able to have control over ones body.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is an American science fiction action film which was released on June 19, 2009 in the United Kingdom and June 24, 2009 in North America. It is the sequel to 2007's Transformers, which was the first live action Transformers film. Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg return respectively as director and executive producer, while Shia LaBeouf reprises the role of Sam Witwicky, the human caught in the war between Autobots and Decepticons. The film introduces many more robots and the scope has been expanded to numerous countries, most notably France and Egypt.

A major hurdle that was overcome during the film's production was the 2007–2008 Writers Guild of America strike, as well as possible strikes by the Directors Guild of America and the Screen Actors Guild. Bay finished the production on time with the help of previsualization and a scriptment by his writers Roberto Orci, Alex Kurtzman, and series newcomer Ehren Kruger. Shooting took place from May to November 2008.

Plot
The film opens with a short prologue narrated by the voice of Optimus Prime. It depicts primitive human beings in the year 17,000 BC hunting a tiger, only to be interrupted by the appearance of a giant Transformer. In the background, more Transformers can be seen constructing a gigantic device before the scene fades to black.

Two years after the events of the 2007 film, the Autobots have joined forces with the British and American military to form an organization named NEST to combat the Decepticons hiding out on Earth. Optimus Prime leads NEST into Shanghai, China, to eliminate Decepticons Demolishor and Sideways. He is joined by newcomers including Arcee, Sideswipe, Jolt and the twins Skids and Mudflap. Sideswipe kills Sideways with the help of Arcee and the twins, and Optimus and Ironhide kill Demolishor but not before the Decepticon utters that The Fallen will "rise again".

American National Security Advisor Galloway berates the Autobots and NEST, suggesting that the Autobots leave. While Optimus does agree to this if the President of the United States of America commands this, he questions what will happen if the planet is left defenceless. Soundwave, a Decepticon intelligence officer, hacks into a satellite and discovers the location of Megatron's corpse and the location of a piece of the AllSpark, the source of the Transformers' existence. Soundwave deploys his minion Ravage to retrieve the shard, which he succeeds in accomplishing. Deep within the Laurentian Abyss, the Constructicons and a surgeon-robot named Scalpel revive Megatron using the piece of the AllSpark and one of their own sacrificed for parts. Megatron flies to a Decepticon spacecraft where he is reunited with air commander Starscream and The Fallen, Megatron's master. The Fallen intends to destroy the Sun and Earth in the process.

Sam Witwicky prepares to head off to college, intending to live a normal life. Whilst packing, he finds another shard of the AllSpark which fills his mind with ancient Cybertronian text. The AllSpark fragment burns his hand, and through his room's floor into the kitchen, bringing various appliances to life. The resulting robots are then destroyed by Bumblebee, wrecking the Witwicky family's house in the process.

Sam entrusts the shard to his girlfriend Mikaela, who hides it in her father's safe at a motorcycle garage. Decepticon Wheelie tries to steal it, but is captured by Mikaela. At college, Sam meets his roommate Leo Spitz, who runs an alien conspiracy website, and a girl named Alice who makes disturbing advances on Sam. Sam begins to constantly see Cybertronian text, writing it on everything, and has a mental breakdown in his astronomy class. Mikaela comes to Sam's aid, just as he is nearly killed by Alice, revealed to be a Decepticon Pretender. Mikaela disposes of Alice, but Sam, Mikaela and Leo are confronted by Megatron, Starscream, Grindor and Scalpel. Sam is captured, and as Scalpel prepares to dissect Sam's brain to get information on the location of a new energon signal, Optimus and the other Autobots arrive. Optimus takes on all of the Decepticons, killing Scalpel and Grindor but is severely damaged by Megatron, entering stasis lock.

The Decepticons invade the planet, sinking an aircraft carrier upon their arrival. Soundwave hacks into all television signals to broadcast The Fallen demanding that Sam be surrendered. Meanwhile, Galloway shuts down NEST and Sam's parents are captured by Rampage in Paris.

Sam, Mikaela, Leo, Bumblebee, Wheelie and the twins escape their captivity and Leo suggests seeking the help of his website rival "RoboWarrior", who is revealed to be former Sector Seven Agent Simmons. Simmons reveals his hidden archive of alien research and explains the history of the Transformers on Earth. It is explained by Wheelie that the language Sam sees is of the Dynasty of Primes, the original seven Transformers, who powered the AllSpark like a battery by destroying suns. Wheelie leads the group to Jetfire, an old Decepticon called a Seeker who defects to the Autobots, along with Wheelie. Upon learning the situation, Jetfire uses a space bridge to teleport the group to Egypt. Upon arrival, Sam injures his left hand while everyone else is ejected out of the space bridge in different directions. After everyone regroups, Jetfire explains that the Primes used the suns to power the AllSpark by using machines called Sun Harvesters, which were powered by the Matrix of Leadership. The Primes, however, maintained that the Sun Harvester not be used in a star system with life forms. One of their own - now known as The Fallen - betrayed them, and sparked the war for the AllSpark. The other Primes defeated The Fallen and then killed themselves to seal away the Matrix in a tomb hidden somewhere in the desert.

Through clues, the Matrix is found in Petra but it crumbles to dust in Sam's hands. Nevertheless, Sam piles the dust into his sock. Simmons contacts Major William Lennox and his troops and asks them to bring the Autobots and Optimus' corpse to Egypt so Optimus can be revived, a Prime being the only one capable of killing The Fallen. The military arrive but so do the Decepticons. Leo, Simmons and the twins face off against Devastator, the combined form of several Constructicons, who scales a pyramid to uncover the Sun Harvester. Devastator is ultimately destroyed by a rail gun round fired from a nearby destroyer on Simmons' orders.

Bumblebee rescues Sam's parents, and kills both Rampage and Ravage. Aerial reinforcements are summoned, killing Long Haul, Scrapper, and Hightower. However, Sam is caught in the attack and is severely injured by Megatron; in his unconscious state, he has a vision of the Dynasty of Primes. Sam reawakens, telling Mikaela that he loves her just as the Matrix regenerates, and Sam uses it to revive Optimus; however, before Optimus can be fully revived, The Fallen travels through a space bridge and takes the Matrix back out of Optimus' spark.

After killing Mixmaster, Jetfire fights and kills Scorponok, but is mortally wounded. He thus gives up his own spark and parts to Optimus, giving him the strength to destroy the Sun Harvester and kill The Fallen. Megatron and Starscream make a tactical retreat.

The film concludes with Optimus proclaiming that the Transformers and humans now share an untold history and will combine their differences.

It is a film adaptation of the critically acclaimed British television serial State of Play, which first aired on BBC One in 2003.State of Play was to be released in the United States towards the end of 2008, but the production delay saw the date changed to April 17, 2009.

Premise
The plot will be similar to that of the original six-hour program, retaining several main characters, but condensing and changing certain aspects to fit the two-hour format. The film is set in Washington, D.C. and tells of Stephen Collins (Affleck), a fast-rising United States Congressman with ambitions to become his party's presidential candidate. Plot
Goku (Justin Chatwin) goes on a journey to find Master Roshi (Chow Yun-Fat) and gather the seven mystical Dragon Balls before the evil Lord Piccolo (James Marsters) can. Along his way, he meets Bulma (Emmy Rossum) who then joins him to help him in his mission. When arriving at Roshi's place, he is not welcomed with an embrace but has to fight Roshi. Roshi soon learns that Goku is the grandson of Gohan (Randall Duk Kim) and thus trains him to prepare him for the ultimate battle with Lord Piccolo to prevent him from collecting the powerful Dragon Balls.

Plot
Miley (Miley Cyrus) has become overwhelmed with her alter-ego's Hannah Montana's popularity. After having a catfight over a pair of shoes with Tyra Banks, her father, Robby (Billy Ray Cyrus) tricks Miley into going back to her hometown, Crowley Corners, Tennessee, to reflect on the things that really matter in her life. When the dismayed Miley asks if her career as Hannah Montana is over, Robby says to ask again in two weeks' time.

While in Cowley Corners, Miley spends time with her best friends Lilly (Emily Osment) and Oliver (Mitchel Musso), but has a rough time adjusting to farm life. At Lilly's birthday party, Miley is forced to attend as her alter-ego Hannah Montana, and performs the song "Let's Get Crazy", accompanied by Steve Rushton on the guitar.[9][10] This goes badly because people direct their attention at Hannah instead of Lilly.

In her hometown, Miley develops a deep connection with Travis Brody (Lucas Till), a childhood friend. Robby also has a love interest, played by Melora Hardin. But troubles arise when Mr. Granger, a local citizen of the town who knows about her secret identity, plans on exposing her for his own means. Miley then realizes that she loves her life in Tennessee as much as she likes being Hannah Montana and questions whether she really will choose one life over the other.

Plot

Watchmen is an upcoming 2009 American superhero film that adapts Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons' 1986 comic book limited series of the same name. Plot
The story is set in an alternate 1985 where superheroes exist, Richard Nixon is still president, Vietnam was won by the South, and tensions between the United States and the Soviet Union are at an all-time high. The vigilante Rorschach (Jackie Earle Haley) is investigating the murder of a former hero, the Comedian (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), and uncovers a plot to discredit and murder various heroes. Rorschach discovers a far wider-ranging conspiracy involving his colleagues' past which could completely change the course of history.

Plot

Other plotlines include married couple Janine (Jennifer Connelly) and Ben (Bradley Cooper), who are going through a rough patch—leading him to flirt with Anna (Scarlett Johansson), an aspiring singer. Anna, in turn, is dating Connor (Kevin Connolly), but is clearly less into him than he is into her. The final major plot arc is Neil (Ben Affleck) and Beth's (Jennifer Aniston) story. They have cohabited for several years, but break up when Beth desires to get married and Neil refuses.

Plot
The film follows an ex-CIA "preventer" faced with recovering his daughter after she is kidnapped by sex-traffickers in Paris, France.

Bryan (Liam Neeson) is a divorced, former US intelligence agent. It is likely he is supposed to be a paramilitary officer from the CIA's famed Special Activities Division. His 17-year-old daughter Kim (Maggie Grace) lives with his ex-wife Lenore (Famke Janssen) and her new wealthy husband Stuart (Xander Berkeley). The nature and dispositions of the major characters are established early in the film: Kim is a happy, affectionate girl who loves horses and has aspirations of being a singer, while her mother maintains a frosty, somewhat antagonistic demeanour towards her ex-husband. Bryan’s skill and quick-thinking are demonstrated when he agrees to escort pop diva Sheerah (Holly Valance); the diva is attacked, but Bryan efficiently disables a knife-wielding assailant and gets her safely out of danger. Thankful, Sheerah expresses some interest in Bryan’s daughter and furnishes him with some contacts to get Kim’s career started.

The next day we discover that Kim wants to take a vacation in Europe with her friend Amanda (Katie Cassidy) to follow U2’s European tour. Kim’s mother has no objections, but Kim also needs permission from her father. Fearing that the over-protective Bryan will not consent, Kim pretends (with her mother’s implicit agreement) that they will only stay in Paris to visit museums. Reluctantly, Bryan agrees, and only discovers their real itinerary at the airport.

Arriving in Paris, a seemingly friendly young man named Peter (Nicolas Giraud) proposes to share a taxi with Kim and Amanda to the house where they are staying; the girls agree gladly. However, the man works for an Albanian criminal organization to which he reports the address out of earshot.

In the house, Kim receives a phone call from her father, which she answers in the bathroom. From the bathroom window she sees men entering the main room and abducting Amanda. Bryan is able to gain critical information about the kidnappers in the final moments after Kim is kidnapped by telling her to shout out everything about them that she notices. Briefly, Bryan talks to one of the kidnappers, warning him that unless Kim is released, he will pursue him and kill him; the kidnapper wishes him "good luck" before smashing the daughter’s phone.

Exploiting his contacts in the CIA and the business connections of his ex-wife’s husband, Bryan travels to Paris to find her, informed that the kidnappers are sex-slavers and that he has only 96 hours to recover his daughter before she will disappear forever. The particular kidnapper he talked to is revealed to be an Albanian named Marco.

Under the eye of Jean-Claude, himself a former operative and now deputy director of Direction centrale du renseignement intérieur, Bryan pursues the kidnappers. He uses digital photos from the smashed remains of Kim’s phone to locate Peter, who is hit by a truck while trying to escape. By hassling prostitutes, Bryan gets himself threatened by an Albanian mobster, and is able to plant a covert listening device on him. With the help of a translator he discovers that the kidnappers have a brothel in a nearby construction site; before leaving, Bryan obtains an Albanian–English dictionary from the translator.

On arrival, Bryan acts like a customer; once inside he begins to search for Kim. Unfortunately, he finds only her jacket next to another woman. He is then discovered, and escapes under fire with the semi-conscious woman.

Nursing the girl back to health from an involuntary drug addiction, Bryan finds out where the kidnappers took her after she was abducted. Bryan heads to the address and poses as an official negotiating a new "rate" (i.e. a bribe) to overlook the illegal activities going on within. Before leaving he asks the apparent leader to translate from Albanian the words "good luck," which confirms his identity as Marco; he quickly subdues Marco and kills most of the kidnappers. He searches for Kim, but instead finds Amanda, handcuffed to a bed and dead of a drug overdose. Later, through torturing Marco, Bryan ascertains that Kim was sold to a man named Patrice Saint-Clair.

Bryan visits Jean-Claude’s home and chats amicably with his wife while she prepares dinner. Jean-Claude, however, failing to have Bryan arrested for the mess he has caused at Paris, brings his gun to the dinner table. Jean-Claude angrily points the gun at Bryan when accused of complicity in Kim’s abduction, but to no avail: Bryan unloaded it earlier. To demonstrate that he is serious, Bryan shoots Jean-Claude’s wife on her arm and, by holding Jean-Claude’s family hostage, extracts Saint-Clair’s location from Jean-Claude.

By impersonating a police officer, Bryan gains entry to the building where new girls are being sold, and secures entry to one of the buyers’ viewing booths. When he sees his daughter being sold, he forces the client to bid for her, but is captured and knocked unconscious moments later. Suspended from the ceiling, Saint-Clair questions his identity before leaving his security guards to execute him. Bryan escapes and kills the guards before finding Saint-Clair, whom he kills after learning that his daughter is being taken by Arab clients. Bryan manages to follow the car his daughter is being taken in to see her being taken away on a large motorboat. He jumps on to the ship from a bridge and eliminates all the people inside, finally killing the client and freeing his daughter.

Back in the US, Kim is reunited with her mother. Bryan introduces Kim to the diva he saved at the beginning of the film, having arranged an audition with her vocal coach.

Plot

Plot
When Mo (Brendan Fraser) reads aloud from books, he has the ability to make the characters come out of the book, into real life. Mo discovered his power when his daughter Meggie (Eliza Bennett), was just a baby. Mo read aloud from the book Inkheart, which caused several of the book's wicked characters, including Capricorn (Andy Serkis), to literally come to life. But while he read them out of the book, he accidentally read Meggie’s mother, Teresa (Sienna Guillory) into the story.

Meggie is 12 years old, but knows nothing of her father's bizarre and powerful talent. But Meggie is annoyed that Mo still refuses to read to her. Capricorn, a man who burns for pleasure and being so evil that he would "feed a bird to a cat on purpose, just to watch it being torn apart", has searched for Meggie's father for years, seeking to twist Mo's powerful talent to his own dark means. Finally, Capricorn realizes that the best way to lure Mo to his remote mountain hideaway is to use his beloved daughter Meggie as bait. While Meggie discovers Capricorn's ruthless plan, she too, can pluck people from pages and bring them to life, but it takes a while for her to realize her power.

Marley & Me is a 2008 American comedy film directed by David Frankel. The screenplay by Scott Frank and Don Roos is based on the memoir of the same title by John Grogan.

PLOT
John Grogan (Owen Wilson), a columnist for the Philadelphia Inquirer, moves to Miami with his wife Jenny (Jennifer Aniston) for a newspaper job. The couple adopts Marley, a yellow Labrador retriever, in order to give them a taste of parenthood, but the dog proves to be a hyperactive handful. He wreaks havoc on the household, gets expelled from obedience school, and becomes even more rambunctious when the children begin to arrive. Ultimately he is considered an indispensable part of the family.

Valkyrie is a 2008 historical thriller film directed by Bryan Singer and starring Tom Cruise. The film is based on the July 20, 1944 plot of German army officers to assassinate Adolf Hitler and marks the re-teaming of Singer and producer/screenwriter Christopher McQuarrie. Cruise will portray the leader of the plot, Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg.

Cruise's casting caused controversy among German politicians and members of Stauffenberg's family due to the actor's practice of Scientology, though German newspapers and filmmakers gave support to the film to spread global awareness of von Stauffenberg's attempted plot. The filmmakers of Valkyrie initially had difficulty setting up filming locations in Germany, but they were later given leeway to film in locations pertaining to the film's story, such as Berlin's historic Bendlerblock.

Premise
During World War II, German Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg (Cruise) is severely wounded in Africa and returns home to Nazi Germany. Stauffenberg helps conceive Operation Valkyrie, a plan approved by Adolf Hitler which, in order to manage turmoil within Germany, would implement a shadow government in the event of the Nazi Führer's death.

The Colonel eventually joins the German Resistance and becomes part of the July 20 plot, a conspiracy to assassinate Hitler and execute Valkyrie in order to take control of the country and make peace with the Allies. Stauffenberg finds himself taking on not only the responsibility of leading the coup, but also the task to assassinate Hitler himself.

PLOT

RocknRolla is a 2008 British crime film written and directed by Guy Ritchie, and starring Gerard Butler, Thandie Newton, and Tom Wilkinson. It was filmed in London and released on 5 September 2008 in the United Kingdom, hitting #1 in the UK box office in its first week of release.

Plot
The film begins with Johnny Quid (Toby Kebbell) swaying back and forth while in a crack den. Archie (Mark Strong) narrates about what a RocknRolla is, which is a person who wants everything (money, drugs, sex, fame, glamour, e.t.c…). Johnny takes out the pistol lighter from the back of his pants to light up a big bong. During the opening credits, Archie introduces himself as the second-in-command to Lenny Cole (Tom Wilkinson), a criminal who owns most of London. Property value is on the rise, and so it is wise to invest in it. One Two (Gerard Butler) and Mumbles (Idris Elba) want in, and meet with lawyers and planners to do so. In order to buy a building, they need money. Since they are both criminals and no bank will give them a loan, they decide to borrow the money from Lenny, with the idea being that they’ll pay him back once the planning goes ahead and the building’s value goes up. However, once they get the money, the planning on the deal falls through. Lenny, pissed, takes their shares of the building and tells them that they still owe him two million dollars. Since Lenny controls most of the city, the planning is approved for him. Archie is not too enthusiastic about Lenny ripping off One Two and Mumbles.

Lenny goes to meet Uri (Karel Roden), a Russian billionaire that wants Lenny’s property contacts so that he can get planning permission where the law won’t let him. Victor (Dragan Micanovic), Uri’s right-hand man, allows Lenny to meet Uri after he’s done with a meeting. Lenny tells Uri that it will cost him seven million dollars for him to share his contacts. Uri agrees to the price, and he shows Lenny his lucky painting. Lenny is impressed with it and Uri, wanting to make a good impression, allows Lenny to borrow the painting until the deal is done. After the deal, Archie is hasty about trusting the Russians, since times are changing and there’s no more respect for the old school. It turns out that Archie is right. Uri really doesn’t respect Lenny, and just gave him the painting to make him feel important. To get the seven million dollars, Uri contacts his personal accountant Stella (Thandie Newton). Stella is married to gay lawyer Bertie (David Bark-Jones) out of convenience, and likes to stay professional. Stella, however, is bored of the safe-life and keeps in contact with various criminals. We then meet Handsome Bob (Tom Hardy), Cookie (Matt King), and Fred the Head (Geoff Bell) playing cards with Mumbles at their local hang-out. One Two gets a call from Stella, who wants them for a robbery. Normally One Two would decline on her offer for heavy work, but since he and Mumbles owe Lenny two million, they decide to take the job. One Two meets Stella at an art gallery, where she tells him that two unarmed accountants will be taking out seven million dollars from a bank she knows. She wants One Two to rob them and give them a black eye for good measure.

Elsewhere, at a country club, Archie reads in a newspaper that rocker Johnny Quid has fallen off a yacht and is dead. Lenny, Johnny’s step-father, could care less about him and tells Archie never to talk about him again. At the country club, Lenny meets with a councilor (Jimi Mistry) and bribes him with an expensive lighter and a woman to have sex with. Later on, while sitting in his office and talking to Archie over the phone, he realizes that Uri’s lucky painting has been stolen. He tells Archie to come over immediately and to bring the troops with him. Lenny is nervous, since he doesn’t want to rock the boat with Uri. He tells his men to find the painting and bring him the dead body of whoever stole it. Elsewhere, One Two and Mumbles wait outside a bank wearing police uniforms. The two accountants carry the money to their car, and are promptly robbed (though it takes a while, since One Two has trouble with the car). One Two gives Stella her 20% of the money, and she is disappointed that he didn’t hurt the accountants. None the less, she flirts with him and walks off. While at a construction site, Victor informs Uri that their money has been stolen. Uri tells Victor to call Stella and arrange for another seven million, while also telling him to guarantee no more mistakes. Victor recruits some Chechens to guard the next money transfer. Somewhere along here, Archie visits Tank (Nonso Anozie), who knows the most about the streets than any other person. Archie recruits him to help find the painting. Also, One Two calls Archie and tells him that they have the money owed to Lenny.

At The Wild Bunch’s bar, everyone is playing cards when junkies Paul (Bronson Webb) and Malcolm (David Leon) walk in. No one likes the junkies, but they make themselves at home and try to sell some fur coats, even though it’s the middle of the summer. They are kicked out, and Archie arrives. The money is kicked around to Archie, who is pleased that the debt is paid. During this time, it’s revealed that tonight is Bob’s last night before he is sent to prison for five years. In fact, everyone at the bar has been sent to prison for various amounts of time because of an informer in their midst. Uri meets Stella on his yacht and tries to hit on her. Stella is adamant that their relationship stays professional, which impresses him. He then tells her that he needs another seven million dollars. She agrees to set it up while Victor is visibly suspicious of her. Later on, One Two drives Bob to his going-away party and tells Bob on what a big bash it’s going to be. He even arranged for the most expensive escort girls to pleasure him. Bob, however, seems unenthusiastic about it. One Two asks him what’s wrong, and he says that he wouldn’t understand. Eventually, he tells One Two that all he wants is him. One Two thinks he’s joking, but when he sees that he’s dead serious he slams on the brakes and gets out of the car. One Two is shocked that Bob is gay, and Bob is embarrassed over his reaction. One Two gets back in the car and apologizes for freaking out. Since they’re best friends and Bob is going away for five years, One Two asks Bob what exactly he wants to do with him.

Tank tells Archie about two men who might know where the painting is. Lenny has the men kidnapped and tied to chairs. He tells them that he’s going to submerge them in water and feed them to crayfish unless they tell him who has the painting. He submerges one of the men, enjoys some tea, and then lifts the man out of the water. Lenny’s henchmen hose the crayfish off and he says that Johnny Quid stole the painting. Lenny can’t believe it, and so he has the man lowered into the water again and eaten. Archie realizes that Johnny has faked his death, and he used his house keys to steal the painting. Lenny orders him to find Johnny’s managers, Roman and Mickey, because if anyone knows where he is it’s them. At their club, Roman (Chris Bridges) gets lip from a rocker who requests dry ice for his show and Mickey (Jeremy Piven) reads in a newspaper that Johnny is dead. Their secretary, June (Gemma Arterton), says that this is the third time this year that Johnny has been reported dead. Meanwhile, Johnny spins some guns around and sings to a song playing on his stereo in his crack den with his friend Pete (Michael Ryan). A flashback sequence shows Johnny as a boy blasting the same song in his room and singing along when Lenny (with a full head of hair) walks in and turns it off. Lenny tells Johnny that he’s worthless and since his mother killed herself, he’s now stuck with him. Lenny plans on sending Johnny to a prestigious school and tells him to keep the music down. Johnny blasts the music as soon as he leaves the room, and so Lenny comes back to beat him with his belt. Back at the crack den, Pete turns off the music and says that they can sell the painting for drugs. Johnny, however, has become mesmerized by it and refuses to sell it. They go to a bar to have some drinks, and Johnny steals a drink from another bar patron. The man gets pissed and confronts Johnny, who pulls out a pencil and dares him to try to attack him. The man backs down and leaves. Back at the club, Lenny and Archie pay Roman and Mickey a visit. Lenny says that if they don’t find Johnny, he’ll shut down all their clubs since he owns their licenses.

The next day, One Two shows up at the bar, disgusted with what he did last night with Bob. The others tell him that they all saw Bob off that morning, and One Two was the only one who wasn’t there. Bob sneaks up behind One Two and surprises him. It turns out that some paperwork got lost, and so Bob is not going to prison after all. Everyone is happy except for One Two, who’s still fazed by last night’s activities. He gets a phone call from Stella, who tells him that Bertie is throwing a party tonight. She invites him and all his friends to come, while also mentioning that she has another job for them. Lenny meets with Uri on his yacht, and Uri tells him that ever since he gave him his lucky painting, his world has been falling apart. He requests to have it back, and Lenny is forced to tell him that it’s been stolen. Uri of course is furious about it. Later on One Two, Mumbles, Cookie, and Fred the Head arrive at Bertie’s party. A man wearing a tuxedo jacket with no pants opens the door and welcomes them inside. Mumbles, Cookie, and Fred the Head make their way to the dance floor. One Two sees that Bob is at the party and confronts him. Bob says that he didn’t have any plans, and so he decided to come as well. One Two makes him promise not to tell anyone about what they did the previous night. One Two grabs a drink and asks Stella to dance. He shows off some dance moves and Stella is unimpressed. While they humorously dance, Stella tells One Two about the job she has for him. It’ll be the same as before – seven million dollars, but this time it’ll be protected by armed guards. Bertie introduces himself to Mumbles, who could care less about him. However, Bertie mentions that he knows who the informer is and can prove it with some documents. The price is for Mumbles to introduce him to Bob. Mumbles goes over to Bob and tells him to flirt with Bertie in exchange for the information. Bob does, and gets a date with Bertie.

At night, Johnny and Pete go to Roman and Mickey’s club. They wait in line to get in, but the bouncer denies them entrance. Mickey talks to Archie on the phone and tells him that he can’t shut down their club, since they have a band playing that night and it’s filled to the brim with people. Archie tells him to find Johnny, but Mickey says that he has no idea where he is, oblivious to the fact that he’s outside. Johnny and Pete try to get in again, but the bouncer pushes them away and punches Pete in the face. Furious, Johnny approaches the bouncer with his pencil and stabs him in the throat. He then repeatedly stabs him all over his body and kicks the crap out of him. Johnny then bashes his head with a trash can lid and walks off with Pete. Roman and Mickey see too late that their bouncer has been viciously beaten outside, and then the power for the club is shut down. During this time, June tells Roman and Mickey that if they want to find Johnny, they have to speak with Cookie.

One Two and Mumbles plan the second robbery. Mumbles says that they need Bob to be their driver, but One Two is against it. Having had enough of One Two’s weirdness towards Bob, he asks him what’s wrong. One Two tells him that Bob is gay, but Mumbles already knew that. In fact, everyone knew that except for One Two. Mumbles realizes that One Two and Bob did something the night before he was supposed to go to prison. It turns out that all One Two did was take Bob to a gay bar and slow dance in front of a big neon heart. One Two still remains uncomfortable around Bob, and refuses to use him for the robbery. Mumbles reveals that when One Two was sent to prison, it broke his mother’s heart. Bob visited her every day to check in on her and took care of her until she died while One Two was away. The Wild Bunch is not complete without Bob. Roman and Mickey visit Cookie and Fred the Head. Cookie, as it turns out, used to be a junkie and used to be best pals with Johnny. Cookie got clean, but still respects Johnny. He tells them that Johnny is class, since he keeps on faking his death so that his managers will make more money (a rocker is worth more dead than alive). Cookie promises to give them a call if he finds him.

While driving, the two Chechens have cases filled with Uri’s money handcuffed to their hands and are wearing bullet-proof vests. They discuss all the various kinds of injuries they have had and show off their scars to each other. As they do so, a garbage truck suddenly rams into them, causing their car to flip over and land on its side. While Uri meets with Archie and Lenny, Victor interrupts them and tells Uri that they got robbed again. One Two limps into a restaurant and hands Stella her money. Since she doesn’t seem to care what happened to him, he proceeds to tell her. After Bob drove the garbage truck into the Chechens’ car, Mumbles smashed the window of their car with an axe. Mumbles and One Two cut the chains off of the cases to retrieve them. Before they could get away, the skinny Chechen grabbed One Two and pulled him into the car. Mumbles accidentally sprayed them both with mace. After getting free, One Two tripped over a tire and the Wild Bunch all got into the getaway car. The skinny Chechen jumped into the driver’s side window, causing them to crash into a sporting goods store. The big Chechen followed with a machine gun and proceeded to pump the store full of bullets. Mumbles beat him with a baseball bat. Before they could leave, the big Chechen threw a baseball at One Two’s face and then tried to strangle him. Bob had to beat him with a golf club to get him off of One Two. The skinny Chechen pulled out some extremely big knives and was about to attack when One Two sprayed his chest full of bullets.

The Wild Bunch got out of the store and stole a car nearby. As they drove off, the skinny Chechen jumped on the car and tried to stab them through the roof. This caused Bob to crash into a parked car, which launched the skinny Chechen away. One Two tells Mumbles and Bob to abandon ship, and they all run off into different directions. Mumbles, carrying a case, runs off and winds up stealing a moped. Bob (carrying the other case) runs right into a couple of cops, who chase him all over. He manages to get away from them and Mumbles picks him up, escaping together. The big Chechen chases One Two onto some train tracks, and both men grow tired. Eventually, the big Chechen has to stop and catch his breath. One Two uses this time to slap him in the face, which causes him to fall over. However, he then sees that the skinny Chechen has been following him the entire time. The skinny Chechen puts his knives away and continues to chase One Two on the train tracks. One Two soon grows exhausted from all the running, and so he grabs a piece of wood nearby. When the skinny Chechen runs into a dark tunnel, One Two surprises him and bashes his head with the wood. As One Two gets out of the tunnel, he sees that the skinny Chechen is surprisingly still alive and still on his feet. Bloodied, he signals to One Two that he will be watching him. One Two signals back a blowjob gesture and finally escapes. Stella still doesn’t seem to care about how the robbery went awry, and so One Two leaves the restaurant with Bob. As One Two, Mumbles, and Bob drive off, we see that the two practically indestructible Chechens are stalking them.

Uri and Victor clear a golf course to play a game with Lenny. As the trio makes their way to the ninth hole, Uri tells Lenny that he believes he is the one who has been stealing his money. Lenny insults and threatens him, which causes Victor to break his leg with a golf club. Uri tells him that he’ll be able to crawl back to his car by sunrise, and tells him to find his painting. Meanwhile, Pete tries to take the painting away from Johnny because he’s found out that loads of people on the street are looking for it. Johnny has him put it back, and then he takes Pete to a bar. While playing the piano, he talks about the ups and downs of cigarettes. They eventually get kicked out for horsing around. Bob calls Bertie and sets up a date to get drinks together soon. Bertie in return leaves an envelope with his secretary and tells Bob that he can pick it up whenever he wants (the envelope has the informer’s identity). Mumbles and Bob plan to go immediately to pick it up, and One Two tells them to drop him off at home to rest. Back at the crack den, Johnny is annoyed that Pete has invited Malcolm and Paul over. Johnny pulls Pete aside and tells him to get rid of them, since he’s supposed to be dead and dead men don’t like company. When they come back, they find that the junkies are gone and they have stolen the painting. The junkies take the painting back to the Wild Bunch’s bar, and Cookie is immediately drawn to it. He throws them a bundle of cash, and the junkies go off to get drugs. Meanwhile, Tank calls Archie and tells him that not only has he found the painting, he has found who has been ripping off Lenny.

One Two goes home and sees that the painting has wound up in his bedroom. A note from Cookie says that it will bring One Two some luck with the ladies. Immediately, Stella shows up at his house. One Two lets her in, and they have extremely quick sex. As Stella gets dressed, Mumbles calls One Two and tells him that the informer’s name is Sidney Shaw. One Two says that it’s a pseudonym, and tells him to come over so that he can have a look. Before Stella leaves, One Two gives her the painting, which pleases her. Archie visits Lenny at the hospital, and tells him that he’s found out that One Two has the painting and the Wild Bunch has been ripping him off. Lenny orders him to bring them all to him. One Two listens to his headphones in his bedroom. The two Chechens break into his house, remove his headphones, and hold him at bay with a blade. The skinny Chechen makes a blowjob gesture, letting him know that he’s going to get revenge. Meanwhile, Roman and Mickey find Johnny’s crack den and get him to cooperate with them. Archie and his guys show up at One Two’s house to find that the front door is open. They creep inside and hear music blasting from the bedroom. They quietly open the door and find that the two Chechens are dancing around drunk in their underwear. One Two is tied to the bed and is about to get violated in all sorts of ways. Lenny turns off the music and the two Chechens are shot to death. Mumbles and Bob arrive at One Two’s house, and so Archie captures them. Mickey also calls Archie and tells him that they’ve found Johnny.

Uri goes to Stella’s house and Victor voices his suspicion of her. Uri ignores him and tells him to remain outside. It turns out that Uri is in love with Stella, and he proposes to her. She says that she’ll think about it, which makes him happy. Uri gets a call from Victor, and walks to the other room to take it. That’s when he sees that Stella has his painting. Just like that, all the love is gone. He asks her how long she’s had it, and she says that she’s had it for years. Uri tells Victor that he was right, and asks him to come inside. Victor gets his gloves, and it’s implied that Stella is murdered. Elsewhere Archie, the Wild Bunch (who have all been hooded), Mickey, Roman, and Johnny arrive at a building to see Lenny. While in the elevator, we see another flashback to young Johnny at school. Archie picks him up and has become an uncle figure to him. Johnny snatches Archie’s pistol from his pants and shows his friends. Archie is forced to bribe the kids into not telling anyone what they saw while Johnny smiles in the car. Everyone gets out of the elevator, and Johnny insults wheelchair-bound Lenny. Johnny keeps on mouthing off, and so Lenny shoots him in the stomach with a pistol. Archie calms Lenny down and takes the gun away. Johnny tells him that if he wanted him to shut up, he should’ve aimed higher. Lenny then orders his men to take Johnny away and kill him. Johnny, Mickey, Roman, and two henchmen enter the elevator and go down.

Lenny threatens to kill the Wild Bunch if they don’t give him the painting. Suddenly, Bob shouts out for Archie and tells him to look in his jacket pocket. Archie reads the envelope from Bertie, and is shocked. The informer that has been ratting out everyone is Lenny (aka Sidney Shaw). He has been sending everyone to prison whenever he gets annoyed or threatened by them. Archie has the Wild Bunch released. Meanwhile, in the elevator, Johnny tells Mickey and Roman that they shouldn’t have taken him there. Lenny’s henchmen are going to lead them to a stolen car, murder all of them (since Mickey and Roman are witnesses), put their corpses in the trunk, and blow up the car. Roman suddenly fights with a henchman over control of his gun. The gun goes off and kills the other henchman. Roman and Mickey then point the gun at the henchman’s head and blow his brains out. Johnny has them pass him a gun and when the elevator doors open, he kills the two henchmen waiting for them downstairs. Mickey and Roman carry Johnny, but are forced to drop him by a last henchman who shows up and orders them to put their hands in the air. The Wild Bunch (having taken the stairs) knocks out the last henchman, saving them. Meanwhile, upstairs, Archie ties Lenny to a chair and reads off how many people he’s sent to prison, including Archie himself for four years. Archie then lowers Lenny into the water and feeds him to the crayfish.

Some time later, Archie picks up Johnny at a drug rehabilitation clinic. Johnny comes out, drug free except for cigarettes. While they hug, Johnny again snatches his pistol from his pants and plays around with it. Archie has a welcome-home present for him. Archie has one of his guys bring out the painting. Johnny wonders how he got it, and Archie says that it cost a rich Russian (Uri) an arm and a leg (literally). Johnny has decided to give up his music career, and he tells Archie that he wants to be just like him – a real RocknRolla. The film ends with Johnny lighting up a cigarette. At the start of the end credits, text states that Johnny, Archie, and the Wild Bunch will be back in The Real RocknRolla (the sequel).

And during the end credits, we see the full scene of One Two dancing with Bob at the gay club.

Transporter 3

Transporter 3 is a 2008 action film, and is the third installment in the Transporter series (and the first not distributed by 20th Century Fox in the US). Both Jason Statham and Francois Berleand will reprise their roles, as Frank Martin and Tarconi, respectively. Robert Knepper will be added to the cast list. This will be the first film in the series to be directed by Olivier Megaton. This film will continue the story of Frank Martin, a professional "transporter" who has relocated to Paris to continue his low-key business of delivering packages without questions.

Plot
Frank Martin (Jason Statham) has been pressured into transporting Valentina (Natalya Rudakova), the kidnapped daughter of Leonid Vasilev (Jeroen Krabbe), the head of the Environmental Protection Agency for the Ukraine, from Marseilles through Stuttgart and Budapest until he ends up in Odessa on the Black Sea. Along the way, with the help of Inspector Tarconi (Francois Berland), Frank has to contend with the people who strong armed him to take the job, agents sent by Vasilev to intercept him, and the general non-cooperation of his passenger. Despite Valentina's cynical disposition and his resistance to get involved, Frank and Valentina fall for each other, while escaping from one life-threatening situation after another. Jason Statham again drives an armored Audi S8.

Twilight

Twilight is an upcoming 2008 film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's 2005 novel of the same name. Directed by Catherine Hardwicke, the film stars Kristen Stewart as a teenage girl who falls in love with a vampire, played by Robert Pattinson. The film was primarily shot in Oregon during the winter and spring of 2008. Twilight will be released domestically on November 21, 2008. The soundtrack will be released on November 4, 2008.

Plot
Seventeen-year-old Isabella "Bella" Swan moves to the small town of Forks, Washington to live with her father, Charlie. There, she finds herself drawn to a mysterious classmate, Edward Cullen, who is revealed to be a 108-year-old vampire who is physically 17. Although Edward discourages the romance at first, they soon fall deeply in love. When the arrival of three nomadic vampires, James, Laurent and Victoria, puts Bella's life in danger, Edward and his family, Alice, Carlisle, Esme, Jasper, Emmett and Rosalie, put their lives at stake to save her.

Bolt is a 2008 CGI animated film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios, and will be Disney's 47th animated feature. It stars the voices of John Travolta, Miley Cyrus, Malcolm McDowell, Claire Holt, Diedrich Bader, Nick Swardson, Greg Germann, Susie Essman and Mark Walton.

Plot
The story is about Bolt (John Travolta), a dog who has lived all his life on the set of a TV show in which he portrays a superhero dog. As a result thinks that his superpowers are real. Later, he gets accidentally separated from the studio. He then meets a female cat named Mr. Mittens (Susie Essman) and a hamster with an exercise ball named Rhino (Mark Walton), and eventually he discovers that all of his powers are fake.

Quantum of Solace

Quantum of Solace (2008) is the 22nd James Bond film by EON Productions, due for release in the United Kingdom on 31 October 2008 and in North America on 14 November. The sequel to the 2006 film Casino Royale, it is directed by Marc Forster, and features Daniel Craig's second performance as James Bond. In the film, Bond battles Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric), a member of the Quantum organisation posing as an environmentalist, who intends to stage a coup d'état in Bolivia to take control of its water supply. Bond seeks revenge for the death of Vesper Lynd, and is assisted by Camille (Olga Kurylenko), who also wants to kill Greene.

Plot
The film continues one hour after the events of Casino Royale with Bond driving from Lake Garda to Siena, Italy — with the captured Mr. White in the boot of his car — when he is attacked by chasing henchmen. After evading his pursuers, Bond and M interrogate White regarding his organisation, Quantum. M's trusted bodyguard Craig Mitchell is revealed as a traitor, allowing White to escape; Bond chases Mitchell across Siena, through the crowd assembled for the Palio di Siena, and kills him. After forensic investigations involving tracked banknotes, Bond heads to Haiti to find Mitchell's contact, Edmund Slate, and kills him. He then poses as him, learning Slate was sent to kill Camille Montes at the behest of her partner, Dominic Greene, the ruthless chairman of Greene Planet and a member of Quantum. Bond pursues her by motorbike and watches her meet with Greene, learning the businessman is helping General Medrano to stage a coup d'état in Bolivia in exchange for a seemingly barren piece of desert land.

Greene has Camille escorted away on Medrano's boat to "sweeten" their deal. Bond commandeers his own boat to rescue her (though she is unwilling) and leaves her in local care. Bond follows Greene, through the mobile of Greene's henchman Elvis, to his private jet, which flies him to Austria. He is accompanied by CIA agents Gregg Beam and Felix Leiter; the United States will support the coup in return for promises to Bolivian oil. Members of Quantum, including Greene and White gather at a performance of Puccini's opera Tosca, near Bregenz, in the Austrian shore of Lake Constance, to finalize plans for their Tierra Project, with each member communicating through special earpieces concealed in gift bags. Among the plotters is Guy Haines, an advisor of the British Prime Minister. Bond obtains an earpiece and disrupts the meeting. He then sends MI6 mobile photos of various Quantum members as they flee the arena. As Greene abruptly departs from the opera, he is intercepted by Bond and a gunfight ensues in a restaurant. Bond confronts a bodyguard of Haines on a rooftop, and defeats him in the ensuing struggle. Without the slightest remorse Bond allows him to fall off the roof and onto Greene's vehicle. Greene recognises that the bodyguard is not a Quantum member and has him killed.

Believing Bond has killed a British agent in Special Branch, M has 007's passports and credit cards revoked and demands he return to London. Bond is still able to travel to Italy by boat, where he reunites with his old ally René Mathis, who now lives in a hilltop villa awarded to him by MI6 as compensation after being mistaken for a Quantum mole. Both immediately relocate their efforts to La Paz, Bolivia. They are greeted by Strawberry Fields, an MI6 field operative from the British Consulate. Although she explains Bond must return to the UK on the next available flight, he disobeys and seduces her in their hotel suite. That night, they attend a fund raiser being held by Greene, where Camille reappears. They leave together and are pursued by the Bolivian police. Upon stopping, they immediately ask Bond to open the boot, where a beaten Mathis was planted by the police. As Bond picks Mathis up from the boot, the policemen open fire and fatally injure Mathis. Bond disarms and kills the policemen and comforts the dying Mathis, who asks Bond to forgive Vesper Lynd, and forgive himself for what happened to her.

Bond and Camille drive to the location of Greene's intended land acquisition, surveying the area in a rented Douglas DC-3 propeller plane. They are intercepted and shot down by a fighter plane and helicopter. Before crashing, both Bond and Camille jump from the crippled plane and then parachute into a sink hole. There, Bond and Camille have a little heart to heart conversation with Bond stating "seems we're both using Greene to get to someone." There, the duo discover Greene's Tierra Project does not involve oil, but the blockading of supplies of fresh water, hidden in underground rivers. Bond also learns that Camille's family was raped and murdered by Medrano and that she is seeking revenge. After these revelations, they return to La Paz, where Bond meets M and discovers Quantum murdered Fields by symbolically drowning her in oil. M orders Bond to disarm and end his activities in Bolivia, but he escapes by overpowering MI6 operatives accompanying him in a lift. After this escape, Bond encounters and speaks to M, stating he is not finished with his operation.

Bond meets his CIA ally Felix Leiter at a local bar, who informs Bond of where Greene is set to complete his deal with Medrano. Bond flees when CIA Special Activities Division forces arrive to eliminate him as a threat to their deal with Greene for a share of alleged oil supplies in Bolivia. Bond and Camille go to an eco-hotel powered by hydrogen fuel cells, located in the Bolivian desert, where Greene is finalising the coup. As the various parties depart, Bond attacks and kills the departing Colonel of Police for betraying Mathis, and sets off a chain of explosions when a hydrogen fuel tank is destroyed. Camille kills Medrano, and Bond captures Greene. After interrogating him, he leaves Greene stranded in the middle of the desert with only a can of motor oil. Bond and Camille drive to a train station, where they finally kiss before she departs.

Bond goes to Kazan, Russia, where he confronts Vesper Lynd's former lover, Yusef Kabira. Yusef is a member of Quantum who specialises in seducing high-ranking women who have valuable connections, to get them to give up government assets as ransom for himself in fake kidnappings where he is supposedly held hostage. He is attempting to do the same with Canadian agent Corinne Venneau. But Bond tells Corinne about Vesper, and he has her alert the Canadian Security Intelligence Service. Later, Bond leaves Yusef's apartment and is confronted by M who is surprised that Bond did not kill Yusef, but rather left him alive for questioning. M reveals that Leiter has been promoted at the CIA to replace Beam, and Greene was found in the desert, shot dead, and with motor oil in his stomach. M fully reinstates Bond as an MI6 agent, and he leaves, aware that Mr. White and the rest of Quantum are still on the loose. Finally being able to forgive Vesper, Bond drops the necklace, which had been given to her by Yusef, in the snow.
