Ice Age: Collision Course 2016

Ice Age: Collision Course is a 2016 American 3D computer-animated family adventure film directed by Mike Thurmeier and Galen T. Chu and written by Michael J. Wilson. It is the fifth installment in the Ice Age film series and a sequel to 2012's Ice Age: Continental Drift. The film stars Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary, Queen Latifah, Keke Palmer, Jennifer Lopez, Simon Pegg and Chris Wedge all reprise their roles from previous films.

New additions to the cast include Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Adam DeVine, Nick Offerman, Max Greenfield, Stephanie Beatriz, Melissa Rauch, Carlos Ponce, Michael Strahan, Jessie J and Neil deGrasse Tyson. The film is scheduled for release in the United States on July 22, 2016 by 20th Century Fox in 2D and 3D. It received negative reviews from critics and has grossed over $64 million worldwide.

 Plot
While trying to bury his acorn, Scrat accidentally activates an abandoned alien ship that takes him into deep space, where he unwillingly sends several asteroids en route of collision with Earth. Meanwhile, Manny is worried about the upcoming marriage between Peaches and her fiancé, Julian, while Sid is dumped by his girlfriend, Francine, just as he is about to propose to her. During Manny and Ellie's wedding anniversary party, some of the asteroids strike the place and the herd barely escape with their lives. Meanwhile at the underground cavern, after stealing a dinossaur egg from a trio of Dromaeosaurs back to its rightful owner, Buck discovers an ancient stone pillar, which he takes to the surface, where he meets Manny and the others. Buck explains to the herd that according to the pillar, the asteroids had caused several extinctions in the past and with a massive one still incoming, he claims that the only place they could find a clue to stop it is on the site of the impact of the previous ones, as according to its engravings, they always fall at the same place.

However, the three Dromaeosaurs, having listened their conversation, decide to stop them, believing that they could be safe from the impact, as they can fly, thus not only getting their revenge on Buck, but also killing all mammals and securing domination over Earth for their species. As the herd travels to the crash site, they discover that the asteroids have electro-magnetic properties, thus if a huge quantity of smaller asteroids should be gathered and launched into orbit, they could attract the main asteroid as well and prevent it from falling on Earth. After facing several obstacles and the interference of the Dromaeosaurs, the herd arrives at "Geotopia", a community of animals formed inside one of the asteroids that have fallen long ago, where Sid meets Brooke, a female ground sloth who falls in love with him. However, Shangri Llama, the leader of Geotopia, refuses to cooperate with Buck's plan to send the city's crystals into space in order to prevent the imminent impact, as they are the key to the residents' longevity, until Sid unwillingly destroys the entire city when he attempts to remove one of the stones to present Brooke with, making all the Geotopians grow old up to their real ages, including Brooke herself.

Once Brooke convinces the Geotopians that preventing the asteroid's fall is more important than their lost youth, they and the herd help with Buck's plan, which is to fill up a geyser with the crystals so that the pressure launches them into space to draw the asteroid away, but the Dromaeosaurs attempt to intervene, until one of them, realizing that they will not survive as well if the asteroid falls, convinces the others to also help. The plan works, and the asteroid is pulled back into space. The herd then departs back home, including Sid, who parts ways from Brooke, but just after they leave, an asteroid piece falls inside a hot spring, giving it rejuvenating properties and making the Geotopians and Sid's granny, who stayed behind with them regain their youth. After the herd returns, Peaches and Julian celebrate their wedding, and a rejuvenated Brooke appears during the ceremony to reunite with Sid. Meanwhile in space, Scrat keeps struggling to control the alien ship until it crashes on Mars, destroying all life on the planet.

Delgo

PLOT
The land of Jhamora is torn apart by the mutual prejudice of two peoples -- the winged Nohrin, masters of the skies, and the terrestrial Lockni, who harness the mystical powers of the land. When Delgo (Freddie Prinze, Jr.), a reckless Lockni teenager, forms an outlawed friendship with the spunky Nohrin Princess Kyla (Jennifer Love Hewitt), hostilities between the two peoples escalate, setting the stage for an exiled Empress (Anne Bancroft) to exact her revenge and reclaim her rule. With the help of a devious traitor to the throne (Malcolm McDowell) and two bumbling servants (Eric Idle), Empress Sedessa kidnaps Princess Kyla and frames Delgo for the crime, igniting a war between the nations.

Desperate to clear his name and rescue his love, Delgo and his faint-hearted best friend, Filo (Chris Kattan), must put aside their differences to join forces with Bogardus (Val Kilmer), a hard-boiled Nohrin General with a penchant for gambling. Together, they escape from jail and fly wild beasts to the mysterious land of Perran, where they encounter bizarre creatures and discover more than just a kidnapped Princess.

While Sedessa prepares for her invasion of Jhamora, the Nohrin King (Louis Gossett, Jr.) and the leader of the Lockni Stonesage Council (Michael Clarke Duncan) lead their armies into battle and our heroes' return to Jhamora is a race against time.

Combining a magical world, heart-pounding action, and forbidden romance, Delgo is the story of an unlikely hero who must prove his innocence, rescue a princess, reveal a traitor, end a war, and unite the peoples of Jhamora.

Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa

Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa is the upcoming 2008 sequel to the 2005 film, Madagascar. It is in production by DreamWorks Animation and is scheduled to be released on November 7, 2008. The film will be distributed by Paramount Pictures. It has been confirmed that the film will be about the animals starting the plane on Madagascar, and then landing in Africa, and meeting some of Alex's family.

Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa

The film stars the voices of Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Jada Pinkett Smith, David Schwimmer, Sacha Baron Cohen, Cedric the Entertainer and Andy Richter. Also guest voicing includes Alec Baldwin, Will.i.am, Bernie Mac, Sherri Shepherd. Tiny Lister is rumored to appear. The previous title was "Madagascar: The Crate Escape", which was featured on a trailer with Ben Stiller. The film is rated PG for some mild crude humor.

Plot
The film opens in the past, where Zuba (Bernie Mac), king of the jungle, teaches his infant son, Alakay (Alex) how to protect himself. Alex is trapped by poachers, and Zuba chases the hunters, but loses track of Alex. Alex's crate falls into a river which carries it to the sea. His crate drifts to New York City where he is put on display in the Central Park Zoo.

The movie cuts to the present, picking up where Madagascar left off. Alex, Marty, Melman, and Gloria are boarding an airplane that will be catapulted with a gigantic slingshot. King Julien and Maurice go with them. Midway through the trip, the penguins discover they are out of fuel, but manage a gentle crash landing in an African wildlife reserve. They all disperse and meet their species, while the penguins stay at the crash site and repair the plane.

Alex reunites with his dad Zuba, and mom Florrie (Sherri Shepherd). Zuba's rival Makunga (Alec Baldwin) intends to use Alex so he can steal the throne for himself. Alex is tricked by Makunga into choosing an exceedingly large and muscular lion as an opponent in his right-of-passage trial for membership in the pride. Alex mistakes the test for a dance-off, and is easily defeated. Makunga assumes the throne when Zuba, despite his disappointment, refuses to banish Alex, and is himself banished along with Florrie.

Meanwhile Marty joins a herd of zebras, but discovers that each of the zebras is exactly like him, which makes him question how unique he is. Gloria gossips with other female hippos, and meets Moto Moto (will.i.am) as a potential mate. Melman becomes the giraffe herd's new witch doctor and helps animals with diseases and wounds. His new friends convince him he has "Witch Doctor's Disease" and has only two more days to live. Julian develops a following, particularly from the flamingos.

Alex and Melman talk over their problems with a zebra they think is Marty. Marty arrives and takes offense that Alex cannot tell him from one of his "clones". Gloria tries to warm up to Moto Moto in a secluded pool, but realizes that he is only attracted to her "plumpness". Melman makes the best of his last hours by facing Moto Moto and telling him to take care of Gloria for all the great qualities he himself sees in her, which moves Gloria.

When the waterhole dries up, all the animals panic. Alex sets out to find the location where the water is clogged, and makes up with Marty, who goes with him. They trace it to a dam that New York vacationers had built to support themselves off the reserve after getting lost in the jungle, led by Nana the Old Lady. Alex is caught by the humans, but Zuba rushes in in the nick of time. Alex "intimidates" the humans by performing as he had done in the zoo, and the humans recognize him as the same Alex the Lion from the zoo. Zuba realizes the importance of Alex's gift and joins in with him.

Meanwhile, Julien proposes the animals make a sacrifice to the volcano to bring the water back, and Melman volunteers. Just before he jumps into the volcano, Gloria runs in and asks Melman about his confessions. Marty then arrives, and reports that Alex has been captured by the humans. Gloria and Melman head off the reserve with the Penguins using the repaired airplane. Despite Nana's efforts to defend the dam, the penguins destroy it, and the water is brought back to the waterhole. Simultaneously, Mort arrives at the volcano, pursued by a shark. The shark inadvertently sacrifices himself, falling into the volcano just as the now undamned river restores the water hole. Julien is impressed at how fast the gods respond.

Makunga is removed from the throne, and it is given to Alex as an apology from Zuba. The giraffes discover that their previous witch doctor was only missing (now he returned), and that Melman will not die. Gloria realizes she loves Melman. All four friends decide to stay in Africa with Alex's family, as do Julien and Maurice, while the penguins take off in the plane for Skipper's honeymoon (Skipper married a bobblehead doll found on the plane). The lions and their friends dance off into the sunset.

Fly Me to the Moon 2008

Fly Me to the MoonFly Me to the Moon is a CGI animated feature film. It was released on January 30, 2008 in Belgium, and will be released only in digital 3D theaters and IMAX theaters in the USA on August 15, 2008. It is the first animated film to be designed, created, and released exclusively in 3-D. It will only be released in 3D-capable theaters; a standard, non-3-D version of the film does not exist. Fly Me to the Moon is directed by Ben Stassen and produced by nWave Pictures in association with Illuminata Pictures.

The total production budget of Fly Me to the Moon is €17.3 million. nWave financed about 75% of the budget itself. To raise the rest, investors could benefit from Belgium’s Tax Shelter system. The Flanders Audiovisual Fund contributed €100,000, 10% of its annual budget for animation.

Well before the release of the film, a 13-minute version of Fly Me to the Moon could be experienced at theme parks such as Bellewaerde in Ypres, Belgium. Many Six Flags parks in the US currently show the same version, but in English instead.

Plot :
A tween-aged fly named Nat and his two best friends,

I.Q. and Scooter, build a “fly-sized” rocket in a field across from Cape Canaveral, Florida, where the Apollo 11 sits on its launch pad. From his earliest memory, Nat remembers his grandfather, Amos, telling him of his daring rescue of Amelia Earhart as she crossed the Atlantic Ocean on her historic flight. Wanting to be an adventurer like his Grandpa, Nat knows what he has to do. Defying the notion that “Dreamers get swatted!” he tells his friends his plan to get aboard the Apollo 11 and go to the moon. His buddies, with some reluctance, are in. The next morning, as their families realize they are missing, the three flies make it to Space Center command. In their homemade space suits, Nat, I.Q. and Scooter stow away inside the space helmets of astronauts Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins. As they blast off, our three tiny adventurers are about to make some history of their own.

Back on earth, Grandpa, Mom and the others watch TV to get news of their offspring’s adventure. As the astronauts appear on camera, the heroic flies wave in the background, visible to other flies but barely seen by humans – except for an attentive NASA team member, who informs Armstrong that there appear to be “contaminants” on board. One other problem: In far-away Russia, there are other flies watching TV - Russian flies that cannot tolerate American flies getting to the moon first. A Russian plan is hatched and operatives are enlisted to interfere with the US mission. Mother Russia puts all its hopes of success on the back of one nasty operative named Yegor. Fortunately, a pretty Russian fly named Nadia also sees the flies on board and hears Nat calling out his Grandpa’s name, the very name of the fly Nadia met in Paris and loved so many years ago.

Back on board the space ship, as the burn cycle to enter the moons orbit begins, the capsule starts to shake violently. There’s a short circuit in a control panel that must be fixed manually or the ship won’t be able to complete its mission. Nat and I.Q. fly through a maze of wires, find the problem and repair it just in time. Unaware of the flies’ aid, the ship enters orbit and all is well... or so they think. Just as they congratulate each other, the little flies are sprayed with a numbing aerosol and are captives in a test tube vial – contaminants indeed.
A screenshot of the film
A screenshot of the film

The flies manage to break the vial. Nat sneaks into Armstrong’s helmet just in the nick of time. The Lunar Module lands on the surface of the moon. From inside the helmet, Nat beams with every awe-inspiring historic step. I.Q. and Scooter join him on the surface inside Aldrin’s helmet. Back on earth, other plots are being set in motion. After more than 50 years apart, Nadia finds Grandpa, though the joy of their reunion is brief. She tells Grandpa and Nat’s Mom about the Russian plot to divert the mission to crash directly into Mount Rushmore. Yegor must be stopped. Nat’s Mom faints while Grandpa takes off with a renewed youthful vow to save his grandson. At Mission Control, the Russian operatives have infiltrated and are preparing to alter the descent codes. Unaware of the potential danger looming, the astronauts and the little flies sit back and prepare to come back home as heroes.

Grandpa, Nat’s Mom and Nadia join forces to stop Yegor and the Russian plan as Apollo 11 hurtles closer and closer toward earth. In a series of death-defying stunts, they crush the Russian threat. Apollo 11 splashes down safely in the Pacific Ocean, the world still totally unaware of the three little flies on board who made it all possible. Returning as heroes, the three little flies share a slogan embraced by all: “Adventure forever! Dreamers get swatted? Never!”

WALL-E

WALL-EWALL-E is the story of the last little robot on Earth. He is a robot and his programming was to help clean up. You see, it's set way in the future. Through consumerism, rampant, unchecked consumerism, the Earth was covered with trash. And to clean up, everyone had to leave Earth and set in place millions of these little robots that went around to clean up the trash and make Earth habitable again.

Well, the cleanup program failed with the exception of this one little robot and he's left on Earth doing his duty all alone. But it's not a story about science fiction. It's a love story, because, you see, WALL·E falls in love with EVE, a robot from a probe that comes down to check on Earth, and she's left there to check on and see how things are going and he absolutely falls in love with her.

Space Chimps 2008Space Chimps is an upcoming computer-animated film produced by Vanguard Animation and Starz Media and to be released by 20th Century Fox on July 2, 2008. The film is directed by Kirk De Micco, producer Barry Sonnenfeld and starring the voices of Andy Samberg, Jeff Daniels, Cheryl Hines, Kenan Thompson, Stanley Tucci, Kristin Chenoweth and Patrick Warburton. On December 19, 2007, the film was moved from May 2 to July 18 mainly because of the 2007–2008 Writers Guild of America strike.

The simian slacker becomes a reluctant hero and learns the true meaning of courage as he and his crewmates, the fearless Lt. Luna (Cheryl Hines) and their uptight commander, Titan (Patrick Warburton), risk everything in an effort to save the peaceful inhabitants of a distant planet from the evil dictator Zartog (Jeff Daniels).

Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears a Who!

One day, Horton the Elephant (Jim Carrey) hears a cry for help coming from a speck of dust. Even though he cannot see anyone on the speck, he decides to help it. As it turns out, the speck of dust is home to the Whos, who live in their city of Whoville. Horton assumes the responsibility of helping protect the Whos and their home, but this gives him nothing but torment from a few of his neighbors, who refuse to believe that anything could survive on the speck, and one of them, Sour Kangaroo (Carol Burnett), is determined to destroy it, going to lengths of asking a vulture hitman and The Whickersham Brothers to carry out her dirty work.
